Do you know your bra size?

You may be surprised to know that a lot of women in the UK wear the wrong bra size unknowingly. With our simple guide this should be a thing of the past for you. To measure yourself we recommend that you follow our check list and if you’re not happy with the fit please feel free to return the product and either take a refund or exchange for a different size.

1. Underbust Measurement
Measure under your bust if the measurement is an even number of inches then add 4 inches. Or if the measurement is an odd number of inches then add 5 inches.
(For example, if your underbust measurement is 31 inches, add 5 inches giving you a bra size of 36 inches. Or if your underbust measurement is 30 inches, add 4 inches giving you a bra size of 34 inches.)

2. Overbust Measurement
Measure round the fullest part of your bust to determine Cup Size.
If the measurement is the same as your bra size you cup size is A. If it’s:-

• 1 inch more - your cup size is B
• 2 inches more - your cup size is C
• 3 inches more - your cup size is D
• 4 inches more - your cup size is DD
• 5 inches more - your cup size is E
• 6 inches more - your cup size is F
• 7 inches more - your cup size is FF
• 8 inches more - your cup size is G

Example: Your underbust measurement is 30 inches (add 4 because it’s an even number) which gives you a bra size of 34.If your overbust measurement is 39 inches your cup size would be E. So your correct bra size would be 34E.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not totally satisfied with any item, please return the item within 21 days of your order arriving for exchange or 100 % refund. Items must not be worn or washed and must be returned with all tickets attached to the item. When returning items please complete the returns form enclosed with your order and return it with the item. You will be notified when your return is processed.

Delivery Charge

All deliveries will be dispatched free of charge within the UK within 3 to 10 days. However if an item is out of stock this may take longer but we will contact you to advise of expected delivery date. If the item is for a special occasion please order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

How to Cancel

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. To cancel this contract, either telephone the Customer Service Team on 0800 0859939 or e-mail our customer services team with the order number and your instruction to cancel. If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us at the address shown above.
