Shipping policy

We deliver UK-wide. Below you'll find information about delivery charges, estimated delivery times and tracking your order.

Delivery charges

Standard UK delivery is free on orders of £60 or more. For orders below £60, standard delivery costs £3.50 and express delivery costs £5.

Express delivery

Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, are expected to arrive within 1–2 working days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery timeframe, and some orders may take longer. A signature is not required on delivery.

Dispatch and delivery times

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, subject to stock availability and payment authorisation. Delivery times refer to working days only.

Delivery is subject to stock, courier availability and courier coverage in your area. Bad weather or disruption to delivery services may cause delays. During sale periods, high demand may also delay dispatch.

Orders sent to the following postcode areas may take slightly longer to arrive due to their location: AB, BT, DD, EH, FK, G, GY, HS, IV, JE, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, TD, TR and ZE.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link. You can use this link to check delivery updates and, once your parcel has arrived, see whether it was left in a safe place.
